Finisher Problems (not ready)

Finisher will not "be ready" everything seems to be in order, such as software being flashed and arcnet terminated. I found under the front staple head one of the wires was broken, under the head between the bottom shield. this was probably broken from the head being lowered and the harness getting caught on the upright holder of the paper tray. I simply replaced the harness and the finisher was back online.

Eos Lists 2 possible causes, 1.The GROUND BRUSHES are not contacting the IMAGE LOOP. and 2. The GRID is not connected to the PRIMARY POWER SUPPLY. What I found was the Electrometer INTERFACE BOARD when I ran charger gap setup it had a voltage reading of 1000 when it should have been 575 +- 10
